We are delighted to welcome Kyle May to the Journey Engineering Corporation team! Kyle received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, which included a semester abroad in Hong Kong (HKUST Business School). Over the past 12+ years, he has worked in a business development capacity at various levels of responsibility in the #engineering and #construction space. He has a knack for identifying unique #opportunities, collaborating seamlessly with clients, and developing successful pursuit strategies in a wide range of markets, including but not limited to: oil and gas, petrochemicals, mining, power, industrial, and renewable energy.

In his full-time, permanent role as Journey’s Manager, Business Development, Kyle plans to roll up his sleeves and work alongside our team – opening doors, developing and executing on business development strategy, and continuing to build a strong #Journey brand. His role is critical at Journey’s current stage of growth and expansion, where the continued #success of our clients, our individual team members, and the company as a whole is at the forefront. His past experience also brings a significant #network of meaningful connections throughout Western Canada and beyond.

Outside of the hustle and bustle of work, Kyle’s life revolves around his amazing #family: two adorable and tenacious young boys (Teddy, soon to be 3; and George, 1.5) with his lovely wife, Jenna. When he has the time, Kyle also enjoys playing most #sports with hockey, squash, golf, and softball making it to the top of the list!
