Construction Management & QA/QC Inspection
Ensure your design is realized and your asset works!
Don’t hope for the best – plan for it. A robust quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) process at field level, tight contract administration, and diligent reporting are crucial to project success and meeting targeted milestones.
The Journey Approach
1
Our team is well trained in required technical skills from recognized institutions and always operate with a “safety first” mindset. Have that peace of mind when we collaborate.
2
Our Inspection Manual and associated Inspector Development Program is second-to-none when it comes to providing our inspectors with the tools to handle any situation they may encounter.
3
A significant number of construction issues can be avoided with thorough communication. From contractual questions to quality standards, clear communication is the basis of a quality project.
We can support you in:
Have you ever had a project run long or go over budget because of a lack of production tracking and organization at the field level, rework related to delayed testing, or simply nobody stepping up to have difficult conversations early?
In addition to the sharpest level of construction management you can expect from one of Calgary’s top Engineering, Procurement, & Construction Management companies (EPCMs), one of the services we are proud to offer clients is site inspection. Our in-house team of qualified, trained, and downright awesome civil site inspectors are your boots on the ground at any stage of your civil project.
All inspectors have Safety Certificates (H2S, First Aid, WHMIS) and as applicable, industry specific certifications such as the SWANA Alberta Landfill Operator Certification and Geosynthetics CQA Training; they also hold an advanced Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) license.
They are continually mentored under the Journey Inspector Development Program and are highly skilled in:
