We can support you in:
The primary function of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is to provide both our client and project managers or engineers with the strategy to identify and procure goods and services, from the sourcing of raw materials to the finished product, which is of increased importance in our world of Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) compliance. Our team also supports commercial and technical assessments, vendor engagement, and related contract processes. Most importantly, they monitor the equipment or material supplier’s inspection points and ensure they are received for manufacturing or at site – on time and on budget. Our team can support or lead the Procure-to-Pay cycle, or act as an extension of support to our clients.
An integral part of our multi-discipline engineering services and project support services, our SCM team specializes in the following related capabilities:
- Procurement
- Expediting
- Logistics
- Materials Management and Requisition
- Supplier Quality Surveillance and Inspection
- Purchase Orders
- Change Orders
- Invoice Attestation and Auditing
